Why Did We Acquire a Set of Empty NFTs? 1/ In 1962, French artist Yves Klein sold fresh air for 14 gold ingots. The buyers received a receipt for a “Zone of Immaterial Pictorial Sensibility”. Afterwards, the receipt was burnt and Klein threw half the gold into the Seine:
