A client's request needs data from 5 different microservices. Each service takes 200ms to respond. Sequential calls = 1 second latency. Your SLA is 500ms. How do you solve this without rewriting everything?

How life has been lately: From the last couple of weeks, it’s just constant pressure to keep getting better, building good features, shipping better, shipping fast. Juggling multiple projects, running multiple Claude agents at the same time, switching context, and while it works, scrolling Instagram mindlessly. My brain has stopped shutting down. Even when I go to bed, it just keeps wandering through code, features, and how to get better. The whole point of AI was supposed to be getting more time since it helps, but coding is becoming an addiction. I don’t remember the last time I slept for 8 hours straight. Sleep is fragmented. I’m not eating on time, sometimes I even skip meals. Checking my phone even when I wake up in between sleep. Checking messages, just in case someone is facing an issue, I want to be proactive and reply quickly. I am enjoying this phase a lot, but I also feel the pressure to get better every second. These days, it feels like any hour not spent coding is wasted. I want to continue this, but it should be sustainable as well.
