@prochatgg I still seem to be having issues with YouTube chat. What is the most appropriate place to report issues?

All issues with live chat messages across all platforms should now be resolved! ✅ Sorry for the inconvenience today :( I’m still doing a ton of work every day to improve the service for you all. Appreciate ya’ll sticking with me & reporting issues when they happen ❤️

I’m aware that YouTube livestream chat is not working as expected for some users. I’ll be working on a fix for that later today!

5. Full Cloud Migration - ProChat is currently hosted on my own hardware, which causes a lot of the downtime you all experience. Within the next month, ProChat should be fully up and running in the cloud, meaning near 100% uptime & consistency for everyone :)

@prochatgg They were working yesterday but today they didn't show at all. I realized mid stream when I tabbed to my twitch dashboard and saw messages

@prochatgg I think twitch chat broke again lol

Just deployed a BIG backend update to ProChat! It should hopefully make the entire system WAY more efficient. (including a fix for Twitch chat) Unfortunately you will have to re-login (sorry about that) Thanks for continuing to use ProChat!! Big plans in the works :D

@prochatgg Yo my twitch chat isn't showing up. It hasn't for a few days. I've tried re-adding it multiple times but only YouTube chat shows up
