A small habit I'm trying to cultivate is sending authors a quick e-mail when I enjoyed reading their paper. It takes 2 minutes and has resulted in 100% positive interactions so far. 10/10 can recommend 🙌

@AntarcticGlacie Overdid running a few years ago so it wasn’t fun anymore. Getting back now but FAR from old pace, trying to be nice to myself and not judge too much (hard 😆). Trying shorter distances more often and my watch only for distance. Keep up the fight!
