can’t believe trading made me start going on daily runs.:: who have i become? did my first 2 mile run and with .2 left my heart seemed to want to fall out of my chest. So i had to tell my body it’s doing great and we’re almost there. Self talk is the best I swear on universal P.

@daytraderscott it’s always good to dabble in ever so often. It’ll really help you by putting what you’re dealing with right in front of you. You’re right brother! I think now if i just pair this with some daily meditation and we’re golden. Maybe it’s fungis sesh at the start of every quarter 🤣

Went camping, took some fungi’s with some fun guys. Tried to think of trading but all i could do was stay present and that’s what i realized is needed in trading, is to stay present. Stay present with the chart, see your set up, enter and flow with the chart. -Dee’s Up
