Today is a momentous day for accountability. 36 countries, including Estonia, and the European Union have formally backed the @coe Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
Our message is clear: Russia’s atrocities will be documented, prosecuted, and judged. No perpetrator will escape justice.

While Vance is prattling on, the Times (to its credit) is reporting that a fraud case against an Indian businessman was dropped after he offered to invest $10 billion here that he claims will create 15,000 jobs (which will surely turn out to be bullshit)
