PROGRAMS EU Project

📢The Smart Scheduling Tool, developed by CASP, is one of the main @programsEU outputs. This module enables the exchange of data with commercial ERP systems to import production information and export maintenance/production schedules.

📢The demonstration of PROGRAMS platform in the CALPAK factory has been completed at the end of January 2021 with some very interesting results! Stay tuned for more news!!

📢CASP and We+ developed the Single Sign-On user authentication system for accessing all the PROGRAMS modules!!! The implementation was based on the CAS (Central Authentication Service) open-source solution. Stay tuned for more @programsEU updates.

BME was happy to present the PROGRAMS project to undergraduate students in the course "Digital Manufacturing". The software tools of the PROGRAMS project were presented as examples of enablers for different digital maintenance solutions.

At the end of September 2020 the demonstration of PROGRAMS platform in an operational environment has been completed: now Aurrenak S. Coop has integrated control on all sources of maintenance information.

Thanks to PROGRAMS BPT, CALPAK (one of the @programsEU end-users) is now able to automatically retrieve the quality of the welding process and continuously monitor the Remaining Useful Life of robot's components.

Open data collected from PROGRAMS end-users pilot lines, Aurrenak and Calpak, is available on the Zenodo repository. Just look for PROGRAMS project data!

On July 2020 the deployment of PROGRAMS adaptive control solution on Aurrenak pilot line was completed: CNC parameters are now tuned based on components condition.

Proud to announce that the #EuropeanCommission's #InnovationRadar has chosen to publish on its platform the following three innovations developed within @programsEU project: 1. #MSP 2. #MSO 3. Advanced FMECA tool for AI supported criticality analysis performance

The @programsEU Smart Scheduling Tool is developed by CASP and it is used for collecting information from all the platform modules to provide a comprehensive maintenance and production scheduling.

Throwback from our M24 meeting in Spain. Several activities have taken place since then, getting us closer and closer to the final demonstrators!!

The paper "PROGRAMS project approach to maintenance management" has been accepted for presentation at AMEST 2020 (to be held in Cambridge, UK on Sept. 10-11, 2020) and for publication in electronic preprints. amest2020.eng.cam.ac.uk

PROGRAMS is now in its final phase. The abnormal situation due to COVID-19 has been dealt by our great team of professionals via new approaches and adequate technologies facilitating the collaboration among the partners and keeping the developments and their fine-tuning alive!

@programsEU participated in the @EFFRA_Live Community Days in #Brussels as a member of the Foresee cluster. The aim of PROGRAMS participation was twofold; presenting the approach of PROGRAMS on predictive maintenance and the role of the project in the cluster.
