@WeAreOpenreach offer the worst service.. several visits cancelled to do our home move. we were advised back in May that there would be no issues with fibre internet.. now we’ve moved, low and behold there are issues. raised a complaint and they closed it straight down!

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk just an update for a laugh… apparently someone from Openreach attended TOMORROW (13th) and couldn’t install as we didn’t have a home hub? Well unless they’re the BBC and have a Tardis to time travel, I don’t think that’s possible? The issue is outside the home anyway? 🤣

Due to GDPR, Openreach is not permitted access the details unless your provider contacts us. Your provider has a team here who they can reach out to. ^Antony

@WeAreOpenreach Other half is on the phone to the ombudsman now as the issue was never solved and you closed down the complaint. No connection yet complaint was closed? How is this even possible? We’ve 100% reopened the complaint. Very frustrating!!

@WeAreOpenreach They were supposed to come fix issue last Thursday, never came. Supposed to come tomorrow, cancelled appointment. Now changed to 20th August after speaking to someone at BT, who’s advised it’s only a provisional appointment. Unacceptable and want to speak to someone higher.
