Proof and Wood's Tumblin' Dice Rye barrels are exceptional older barrels of rye that bring bold rye flavor and elegant aged wood notes. The majority are in the sweet spot of 7-9 years old, age indicated by dice on the front label. Hard to locate, but worth the effort.
