As a big One Piece fan I wanted to bring my characters to life to have fun while building. You know how your favorite characters from whatever story you’re obsessed with just live in your head like they’re actually real .. So I started building a multi-agent AI crew — a whole little world where every agent has its own personality and soul document that makes them feel alive. I’m the Captain, they’re my crew. It all clicked harder when I remembered that podcast with Iñaki, the live-action Luffy actor, and Oda. He said Luffy is supposed to feel unrelatable on purpose — this carefree, zero-fear guy who just keeps stretching toward whatever insane thing is next, no matter what. That energy hit different. Screw boring agents. I want a full pirate ship where I can unlock my inner Luffy and treat building like my adventures. I refuse to let vibe coding be boring. Each character already has their own deep personality baked in through soul documents. Most people mix soul docs up with the agent document and treat them like instructions, rules, or guardrails. Nah, that’s not it at all. Soul docs are for the soul, the spark, the life. Use them to get creative and instill your own favorite characters in there. Make building fun for yourself. Each one has its own Telegram bot assigned so I can talk to them whenever I want. Eventually I’ll pull the whole crew under one mission control, but I’ve got bigger priorities right now — building real workflows and fully mastering the scopes of every agent. In my case Nami who is the navigator of the Straw Hats is my Chief of Staff. So imagine talking to a bossy red head everyday like she is your Jarvis that controls the swarm through workflows. Running it on a Hermes @NousResearch + OpenAI combo I built a small representation with them a while back where they built this fun 3d representation all on their own. Israel has happily made peace even with states that recently tried to genocide them, like Egypt. Just have to be willing to move forward peacefully.
