Instead of processing it, the firm reportedly gave him two options: • Take a refund of the account fee, or • Continue trading and submit a new payout request after another 30-day cycle. He chose the second option because he wanted his payout—not a refund. Now here's the twist... Today, he received an email thanking him for choosing the refund option, even though he had clearly selected the 30-day payout cycle. This is no longer just about delayed payouts. If users' choices are being recorded incorrectly, it raises serious concerns about the firm's communication and internal processes.
