Everything becomes either completely boring or intensely fascinating - with zero middle ground. You're sitting at your desk trying to finish work. But your brain decides researching whether raccoons can drive stick shift is suddenly critical. That's hyperfocus - when something captures you completely. Then there's time blindness -you lose track of hours like they never existed. You interrupt people mid-sentence because if you don't say it now, your brain will delete it forever. It's not rudeness. It's survival. Treatment includes meds like Adderall or Vyvanse. But exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, and structured routines can work wonders too. You're not broken. You're wired for chaos.
