I couldn’t be more of an advocate for young drivers coming into the series.   In terms of the lawsuit, our singular purpose is to protect our trade secrets- the most important information that our race team (and any race team for that matter) possesses, particularly in this era of Next Gen cars.  These trade secrets have been created through the hard work and innovation of JGR’s talented employees over the past 35 years as we built our race team from the ground up.    Those same trade secrets were admittedly stolen by a former employee in a manner meant to avoid detection.  Within days of the acknowledged theft, Spire offered that former employee a job and subsequently hired him.  This lawsuit isn’t personal; we have a responsibility to stand up for our employees, for our partners, and for the integrity of the garage.   We believe accountability matters. That is why we are here. Not to tear anyone down, but to stand up for what is right and protect the foundation this sport is built on, so that every team, every driver, and every fan can trust in the fairness of the competition.
