It terrifies me how tunnel visioned we all are on governance.
The only thing we've changed in the last few years is "delegate races" which have been captured for self promotion and "councils" which at best might be 50%+ friends and 50% team.
Governance is the system and process by which we make decisions to reach our goals.
A start-up defi project launching a token should be governed completely differently than a mature rollup. Yet currently we have no system to govern these differently at scale and with any granularity or nuance.
Coming soon, this changes. DM me if you're tired of the same old and want to see and offer feedback on a better tool to actually support our projects and communities in governing themselves effectively.
