It first showed up in satellite imagery in 2019. The same year its owner got arrested.
Still no smoking gun, but the speculation stays strong 👀

The issue went to trial and a judge ruled that a Jet Blue/Spirit merger violated US antitrust laws, and would likely increase prices on consumers.
