@protocol_PRIMO @hakuyalabs I messed with the BlendShapes a little bit and it’s a LOT better. I still have to puppeteer a bit like you said, but it still feels 10 times more natural. I need to play around with the settings more in the future but as of now it’s definitely good enough for my debut.

Vtubing has presented a bit of a unique challenge to me. I don’t open my mouth too much when I talk naturally. Due to this, as I’ve been playing around with Warudo, my model mouth tracking has been an issue. I’ve really had to force myself to emphasize my irl mouth movements.

@PhloxNesspalier Not sure if VTS supports this but on Warudo I love changing Input/Output to every single individual blendshape in order to compensate for areas of my face that are less expressive and tone down areas that might be too jittery/over-expressive Every face is unique after all!

there are actually two routes to the 'fix your params' solution: high input -> small movement - physically taxing BUT prevents model overreaction low input -> large movement - less physical moment needed BUT *everything* gets tracked and exaggerated

Day 22 - Vtuber friends, who doesn't love a good redeem? For real tho, redeems are such a nice tool to reinforce your branding and promote engagement and interactivity! Do you have fun redeems? What's your favorite?

@RaikaCabbageBoi You're had answers from way more experienced creators than I but here's my 2 cents I think for youtube shorts it 100% helps since youtube actually pushes a decent amount of shorts to people's home pages and on the side bar while watching videos. Other platforms, not entirely sure

Is it worth it to make thumbnails for my tiktoks and shorts? I dont mind doing them, I just don't know if it will make a different, how many people actually find shorts or tiktoks through thumbnails and not just doomscrolling if its worth, should it be on clips or storytelling ?
