@prrumice Just to make him more uncanny and monstrous I guess. Even if we assume he has the ability to make his eye/mouth appear anywhere on his body in his true form as well,  they always disappear and are not permanent, which tells me he was already born with the mouth on his stomach

Do yall think Sukuna was born with his belly mouth or did it manifest later in life?? How did it get there

@prrumice I kinda assumed it was from consuming his twin in the womb. The two sort of merged which is why he has extra eyes, arms, and an extra mouth. Idk why tf it’s on his stomach tho, maybe Gege just thought it looked cool or smthn
