@jeffwrule @Prubechu No pork last night, but Chef Shawn is an outstanding hog roaster (never discussed it with him, but I think it's hotter & faster than typical US BBQ) and we helped eat a whole hog at the old location.

Dinner last night at @Prubechu was a delight. Food all delicious and interesting. Wings a standout, even in a chicken-choked town. Menu long enough to merit regular visits. Safety procedures thorough and unintrusive. So great to see this team's creativity still going full blast!
