@trevsbubble Definently is affected by sugar and carbs however you gain a lot less calories by c/s instead of binge/purge + less cleanup and gross imo

@prxncesszombie these arent my numbers 😭😭 i read a couple articles that all said between 30-35% (because of how our tongue absorbs stuff or wtv i think) depending on the food but a lot more if sugary or carb heavy

@booteap For the most part you’re going to feel full because your body is tricked into believing you are due to it releasing the enzymes. As long as you didn’t chew extremely long you shouldn’t have to worry

@Fyosratt Or something with a lot of carbs and 2. Chewing for a long time. If a meal is about 600 cals for the lower half of chewing I’d suggest about 10-20 and on the higher half closer to 60. This is much less in comparison to finishing the meal or b/p

@Fyosratt In my personal experience it depends how much you chew it up before. I personally chew it for about 5-10 seconds and spit it out but some people go for about 30. The calories are basically nothing even though some websites say 10% you’d have to be 1. Eating something sugary-
