@UberINSupport I’m not able to pay by cash also. This is a serious bug guys. More than 4 days and no solution !

@UberINSupport I’ve spelt out the problem multiple times but still no resolution. The uber pass feature has been linked to a card that i no longer have ! So i cannot verify it.There has to be a way you can de-link thr pass so i can connect it to my new card. The support has not been satisfying.

@UberINSupport Having multiple issues with the payment verification system that I’ve raised via help. Uber support is still giving me token replies without addressing the concern. Been two days. Have not expected such nonchalance from uber support.
