I can't recall a time when I struggled with mental health; well maybe for a minute or two before I said, "Fcuk this noise. I'm moving forward." I grew up very poor and I take 100% responsibility for my own words and actions and don't blame others and never play the victim. Most mental health issues are caused either by whining about the past, what you should've said or should've done, all of which you can't change because it's the past or by wishing you had more than what you have and not being grateful for what you do have and keeping your head up. So I guess my advice would be to say, "Fcuk this noise. I'm moving forward."

@RockyAtotheK Campbell’s soup only has 4 ingredients in most of their soups. Yes they are high in sodium but so are most foods processed or not. There are not a lot of chemicals . Check out the labels. Again BS Who makes these list ? Always wrong info
