Mrs. McMillen received a certificate while the first graders were on their field trip. 1st grade completed a service learning project to help the baby raptors at the Raptor Center. Students helped out at home to earn money that will go towards helping the baby raptors.

Kindergarten completed their service learning project about animal needs. Students brought in dog and cat toys, treats, and old towels for the Humane Society. PSE is the place to be!

Welcome to Providence Spring, Mrs. Taylor! Mrs. Taylor comes to us from Union County, where she has been a media specialist for 17 years. Pictured next to her is her dog, Junie.

Welcome to Providence Spring, Ms. Dresser! Ms. Dresser is a familiar face at PSE. She did her student teaching in 1st grade last fall, and then spent the rest of the year in various long term sub positions. We are excited to have her officially join the PSE staff this year.

Welcome to Providence Spring, Mrs. Ritch! Mrs. Ritch has spent the past 23 years teaching children ages 3 through Transitional Kindergarten. She is passionate about teaching and can’t wait to have the opportunity to teach kindergarten at PSE.

Students in 4th & 5th grades painted looms and have begun weaving just in time to connect to Celebration of Nations! We learned about contemporary fiber artist Tammy Kanat who draws inspiration from the landscape of Australia. You’ll find us weaving outdoors, just like her!
