Teachers used resources like Sundar, Meri Peth, & Dubki to experiment with art-based strategies & understand learner expression. As DEO Mr. J. S. Baghel noted, “Innovation in teaching practices is no longer optional; today’s learners need space for imagination.”

The future of education lies in system transformation, where thinking, imagination, and expression are integral to the learning process. As part of this vision, we conducted a 2-day Art & Aesthetic Literacy workshop in Chhindwara and Bhopal, engaging educators from 65 schools.

Through research papers & case studies, we showcased how experiential, inquiry-driven & reflective pedagogy can strengthen conceptual understanding. This reinforced the need to bridge research & practice, embedding evidence-informed teaching into public education systems.

At the National Mathematics Seminar organised by Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training (11-12 Dec 25), we, as a system transformation enabler, contributed research and practice-based insights from classrooms.

We remain committed to deepening collaboration with government institutions to integrate SEE Learning into leadership development and curriculum, strengthening public education systems for the future.

We believe sustainable education reform begins with leaders who can nurture both learning and well-being. SEE Learning lies at the heart of our ideology & practice, enabling leaders to cultivate empathy, ethical decision-making, & resilience as foundations of school systems.

This engagement reaffirmed our role as a system partner advancing SEE Learning at scale, positioning school leaders as culture-builders who embed compassion and reflection into everyday schooling.

As part of the Leadership Training Programme of Samagra Shiksha Himachal Pradesh, in collaboration with NIEPA, we facilitated SEE Learning sessions across 2 workshops held in Manali & Hamirpur, engaging 156 PM-SHRI School Heads & district education leaders from eight districts.

In Pulwama, Kashmir, we engaged teachers & Heads of Institutions in a 5-day reflective learning journey on 21st-century life skills, reaching 126 educators as system leaders shaping classrooms, school culture, and student wellbeing.

By integrating the 4Cs with SEE Learning competencies, attention, self-awareness, compassion, and reflective thinking, the focus moved beyond pedagogy to empathetic leadership and holistic learning.

Through a 3-day Physical Education Training Workshop at DIET Koderma, 58 teachers came together for the first-ever cohort-based training that bridged policy and practice – turning the vision of NEP2020, National Curriculum Framework, & National Sports Policy into reality.

In Jharkhand, a powerful collaboration between the @jepcranchi, the JCERT, and @PiramalFdn is bringing this vision to life by strengthening school systems and translating the #NationalEducationPolicy into everyday classroom practice.
