I was sold a plan super relax plan as a owner. It has a refund condition that the amount will be refunded if you are not able to find tenant within 60 days but it also had a condition as life time tenant search. But the plan go cancelled after 60days automatically.

@NoBrokerCare My concern is why no one mentioned that the plan validity is 2 month. Moreover it has been 5-7 days ,no one is responding on key handover

As per the noted on the Atlantic tracking website :
Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point.
The package was there at the UPS access point for the self pickup but the package wasn't picked up on time.

@MirrawDesigns @MirrawDesigns I cancelled the order within 24hr since the delivery date was too long And I knew that I won't be available at the address. But you still chose to dispatch the product however the care team assured for cancellation. Though they don't reply after confirmation.

@MirrawDesigns @MirrawDesigns Product was returned to sender . @UPS team has confirmed that. Why are you two not alligned. It should be shippers and logistics responsibility till it reaches its destination.
