If your startup's revenue is affected by seasonality, adjust for it in the graphs you look at. It's straightforward to do, even the first year, and until you do it you don't really know how you're doing.

building a $1m business for the second time. weeks 1-2 recap. i talk about: - posting on X after years of being quiet - blowing up - new algo vs old algo - what has changed and what is the same this is why i hate video compared to long form writing. i forgot to state the most obvious thing. that before everything else, the point is to: - do INTERESTING, USEFUL AND DIFFERENT things - and SHARE them with the world now, after that, HOW you share those things with the world is what i'm talking about here. in long form writing, i can go back and refine my thoughts and arguments until they are complete. with video, i just vomit my thoughts and it's over. i guess i will either have to accept that this medium is for spitting out half-baked thoughts. or talk about concepts from my books that i have thought about deeply. not sure.
