@Reasonmaxxing @MarkMaddenX Let’s take your word for it and assume it’s the second time. How does that make it any better? We can agree he’s been arrested twice for driving while impaired. That’s the end of the discussion.

When do we just admit Tiger Woods is a scumbag?

@psumule @MarkMaddenX As I pointed out, he's been arrested *twice* on suspicion of DUI over the course of a decade.

Sure. And if you love dogs but a dog viciously attacked you or someone you love, you'd feel differently about dogs. What's your point? To belabor the obvious: Tiger *didn't* kill anyone. It was wrong for him to drive drunk, but driving drunk doesn't make him a "scumbag." As I said, he needs help. The fact that Tiger has an addiction doesn't absolve him of all blame -- no one ever suggested that it did -- but his addiction is a mitigating circumstance. Try to think about these things more deeply, my son.

The man survived a high-speed rollover crash. Don’t you think it is more likely, he was experiencing the effects from the accident? Traumatic brain injury, adrenaline dump…no odor of alcohol, no signs of drugs. A 1st year law student could get this case dismissed, and file 1983 claim against the police.

He survived a high-speed rollover crash. Zero odor of alcohol. Zero drugs found. The only “clues” the officers noted are ALL consistent with the crash being responsible. Coupled with his multiple surgeries and medical procedures, it is far more likely the crash itself caused whatever the officers observed.

@Reasonmaxxing @MarkMaddenX I’m sure you would feel differently if his impairment caused the death of a close relative or friend of yours. I bet you wouldn’t be so quick to defend him “my son”. He needs help. But that doesn’t absolve him from blame. Grow up.

@Dauria_29 @MarkMaddenX And by no means am I down playing the fact that the man obviously has a serious problem. And that his upbringing played a role in his addictions. But that doesn’t absolve him from blame for so many bad decisions.

@Dauria_29 @MarkMaddenX I don’t know if you watch TGL, but he was on the last two episodes, and he was absolutely drenched with sweat without taking a swing. It was odd to see someone sweating so profusely when the actual participants weren’t sweating at all.

@MarkMaddenX When he's done something to warrant that insult. Which, to date, he hasn't.
