We started posting more on Instagram and Facebook as well to spread the work that we do so more people can be helped. One video we are extremely proud of is this: youtube.com/watch?v=NG4oOf… We even released the behind the scenes first of its kind too!

We noticed something interesting while working on this video… this experience seems way more common than most people think. For some people, these sudden urges appear more during emotional lows — like when they’re feeling lonely, stressed, or depressed. For others, it shows up during emotional highs — when they’re excited, energized, or even just feeling really good about life. Our brains are strange like that. Sometimes emotions and physical urges get tangled together in ways we don’t fully notice until we stop and think about it. Have you ever noticed a pattern for yourself? Does it happen more when you're feeling down, bored, stressed… or when you're actually feeling happy and energized? We're also currently working on a video exploring how experiences like this can show up differently for people who are aroace or on the asexual spectrum, and how people can understand and navigate it in healthier ways. If there are any topics you’d like us to explore next, let us know in the comments. Your questions and curiosity help shape what we create next. Watch the video here: youtu.be/ZTjqHsjg2W4

@Fascinade74 That could be a possibility. Like when your emotions go unattended to, you just learn to shut it off.

@Psych2go Yeah i guess that could be it. I learned pretty early that the best outcome of crying just being ignored most of the time. My mother was a depressive so i didnt expect her to be much help. Sometimes i wonder if i was so emotionally overloaded as a kid that i just shut down.

We are wrapping up a video about why some people cry easily. It's aimed to be very validating, heartwarming, and also educational. We can't wait to release it. Hilir who worked on this project put a lot of soul and wholesomeness into this. If you want early access to it, you can comment below.

We recently released this video, and while working on it we noticed something that felt a little heartbreaking… So many people pretend they’re okay — not because they are, but because they don’t want to seem like an attention seeker or a burden to others. If this resonates with you, please remember: it’s okay to want to handle things on your own. But it’s also important to make sure you have healthy ways to release what you’re feeling. Small things can help more than we realize — journaling, going for a short walk, exercising, or simply giving yourself a quiet moment to breathe. You don’t have to carry everything alone forever. If you’d like to watch the video: youtu.be/NG4oOf4SX_M What's something that you do on your own to keep yourself grounded when the times are tough?

@Fascinade74 This could be because you've experienced so much to extreme life stressors that you just don't cry as a coping mechanism to more extreme events. But simple things like movies, or music could help you release some of those bottled up emotions. What do you think?

@Psych2go Weirdly i don't really cry without outside impetus. I never cried at either parent's funeral, i suffer from various struggles but find i can only cry with music, some films (not many) or with unhealthy amounts of alcohol and usually music. Any thoughts?

There are nights, where you just feel like you're alone, and in the way, where there is no one else in the world. Maybe you've felt this loneliness in the middle of the night, just before the sunrise, where it's super quiet, and all you hear outside is either your neighbours' dog barking, or .. rustles of falling leaves. Either way, this moment is just you, alone with the stars, and perhaps the moon. It's okay, you're not alone. Here is your respite. Stay alone, but know in your heart, you're connected.
