Given, not much was going on on this account anyways in the last couple of months (or, like, ever), but I decided to leave Twitter behind and move on to #bluesky! You can find my handle on my Linktree: linktr.ee/thormeier I'll not delete this account, to keep the handle.

The title "Mastering CSS Grid" pretty much explains it: CSS Grid. I wrote about the basics and advanced CSS Grid rules, such as grid templates, responsiveness and nested grids. { author: @pthormeier } #DEVCommunity dev.to/thormeier/i-wr…

@mbuckbee I use git flow with issue tracker ID and a slugified title, for example `feature/ACME-1234-awesome-addition`. With a node script, slugify, your issue tracker's API and a git alias, this can even be condensed to a single command: `git ticket ACME-1234` - used that for a while now.

I feel like my branch naming game is weak. Anyone have a structure/strategy they really like? Note: this is small scale (handful of devs working together on web apps and not Enterprise Dev Team scale).

This is interesting reading regarding the .zip TLD. However, it's of near zero consequence to phishing attacks, read it first then I'll explain: @bobbyrsec/the-dangers-of-googles-zip-tld-5e1e675e59a5" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@bobbyrsec/the…

This 260+ page guide covers all aspects of CSS Grid, analyzes how it interacts with Flexbox, shows how various frameworks understand grids, and highlights design best practices and challenges. In addition, a book-spanning project lets readers practice what they've learned. 2/3
