用mixtral-offloading跑起来了Mixtral-8x7B，正好满足了最低显存要求（12GB其实也可以跑，就是要改个参数offload_per_layer；没有本地显卡的可以在Google Colab上运行），实测效果还不错，推断速度略感人，而且碰到生成到一半突然停止的问题。github.com/dvmazur/mixtra…

过来以后发现一个现象，美国有很多工作开始得很早。表现在星巴克都开得很早，通常都是6点，5点半甚至4点半。美国的星巴克大部分是独立店，不需要和商场或者办公楼同步营业。还有一个可能性是星巴克很多人当早餐店。

都说中国的电商世界最卷，亚马逊的隔夜达，早上4点50就送货了，尼玛中国快递也没这么拼命。
