This is straight-up why the 2nd Amendment is more important than ever.
Dude already crashed nearby and smashed two other cars, tried (and failed) to steal more at a gas station, then walked up in broad daylight and tried to carjack this family’s white sedan… with the parents and several little kids (including a baby) still inside.
Watch: The driver fights the guy off hand-to-hand first, gets his whole family out safely, then the suspect jumps in anyway and tries to drive off with the car.
Only THEN does the dad back up, circle the vehicle, draw his gun, and fire, killing the carjacker.
He gave this guy multiple chances. He was just protecting his family.
Self-defense or not?

A father and 14 yr old son were on a day trip in Atlanta when a crazed woman, Christolyn Mormon, hit them with her vehicle.
When the father addressed the woman, she exited her car with a pistol and pointed it towards the teen boy.
The father immediately took action and was able to disarm Mormon by body slamming her into the concrete, knocking her unconscious.
Social media has mixed reactions over whether the father was too aggressive with Mormon.
Some claim she was scared and never became physical with him.
Do you think he went too far, or was this reasonable force to protect his family?
