When did @Publix stop giving a shit. Just told the store manager on my way out that they were completely out of milk and they had a line forming in revolt in front of the dairy cooler. He’s like, “they’re unloading it” and kind of shrugged it off. They Don’t even fake it anymore

@Publix a nice young man with a “I am deaf” name tag gave me excellent customer service yesterday, immediately helping me find something unusual. And the autistic baggers are the nicest, most conscientious employees. THANK YOU for hiring these outstanding employees!!

@Publix Is there any way we can get some quality control on these Chicago Hard Rolls? They're being made comically small at ALL my area stores. German-Americans rely on these delicious brötchen-adjacent breads and I haven't been able to buy any in months.
