@Instacart is this how you want your shoppers to treat customers? Hannah mis-delivered my items from @Publix & instead of apologizing & correcting things she sent texts threatening that I would get banned. Groceries obviously were not delivered to my house. Doormats don’t match.
@PublixHelps Eastgate in Aiken. The employees were fantastic. They were going as fast as possible & were as friendly & polite as can be. They got me & the other guy done quickly. They get my kudos. The 2 people ordering get my ire lol
@Publix ya need to institute a 2 sub limit for in person orders. This line of 11 people just turned into 2 cause the 2 people in front of us were ordering subs for their families. The poor employees looked like hostages lol

@Publix how have you still not figured out online ordering? Same people taking counter orders can’t be doing online orders. 6 people in the sub line is an hour wait. Online orders are always late. Shopping is a pleasure except at the deli

@Publix I was just at your store B Ridge and McCutchean (sp?) here in Sarasota and the lady in front of me. Her total was 112.28 so she gave the express cashier $113 after she handed him the money she goes. Oh I have the $.28 if you wanna just give me a dollar back and he said I can’t do that. I already rang it in and she says what do you mean just give me back my dollar I’ll give you the $.28 no ma’am it’s against store policy for me to do that since when is at store policy if in fact it is? If it isn’t then he just lied and that just means he can’t do the math without the machine. If that is store policy, that’s the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard and then if he’s lying, that almost kind of makes it worse. And don’t tell me it’s because of the penny situation because if you can come back and say that……. that’s even dumber.

Just had the most unpleasant experience at @Publix store #1371. The buy 2 get 2 sale wasn't ringing up properly and the employee tried to argue with me that it was actually buy 3 get 2 despite me showing the sale in the ad!!

@Publix Nothing more disappointing than thinking about dinner all day, getting home with it and it's wrong. You're losing it (or at least this store is) - the last 3 times I've gotten a sandwich it was messed up. One time - no tomatoes. Next time - sandwich was a mess.

Your pharmacist at Publix Pharmacy #1506 will not fill a prescription for a controlled pain medication for a patient because:
1) The patient doesn’t look “sick enough” to be receiving palliative care, and…
2) The pharmacist doesn’t actually understand the definition of palliative care.
Please help fix this unacceptable situation ASAP.

@Publix count your days. Every time I online order my sub, I hardly get any mayo even tho I always ask for a lot. This time, I thought “what can I write for them to actually put a decent amount on?” Apparently that wasn’t good enough either. This looks like light mayo 😭
@PublixHelps Not sure why Publix feels it is angood idea to switch up mgmnt and personnel. What felt like our home where you walk in and there are smiles to now what looks like a bunch of robots in their own world. Not to mention the apparent laziness that comes with the changes.
