@Instacart @UberEats I placed an order on Instacart restaurant delivery and was sent someone else’s order and when i tried reporting it was automatically denied a refund without the ability to even speak to a human being. It was a$30 order! I need a refund or my correct order

@RetroRude @Instacart I think this would be the perfect opportunity to pull back on the super low cart amount. Just say that it will be suspending that benefit temporarily due to the cost of gas but then never give it back. Fits perfect with the brand.

@InstacartHelp Yesterday I placed a restaurant order through your app, those are powered by Uber Eats. The food had issue, I contacted your customer service, they accepted no responsibility and told me to contact Uber Eats, their agent said it's not their responsibuilty!

Just tried to order dinner on @Instacart via @UberEats and the driver never brought it. He took a proof of delivery pic of a wooded area and told me he wouldn’t because he had other orders. Basically he stole my food. Customer service says no refund! SCAM.
