@InstacartHelp hello. My account was deactivated years ago. When I contact support through the app, they say that I'm on the waiting list. But, my account clearly says deactivated. I'm getting two different statuses at once.

@InstacartHelp my shopper account has been deactivated since April with zero explanation . 3 months of lost income, multiple ignored emails, no human response. I’ve reported the exact issues via Care calls before just need someone to actually review my file. Can someone help ?

@Instacart is the worst company. I received a delivery with food that was expired 3 days before my order was even placed and they refuse to assist since it’s outside their 3 day time frame. Not everyone goes item by item looking at dates when they receive their order!

@InstacartHelp I recently got off the waitlist and was asked to complete the sign up process, by verifying my ID, which I wasn't able to do because the app prompted me to a screen that says I should come back after turning 18, but I'm 28, so how can I complete the sign up

Hi @InstacartHelp I have been an Instacart shopper for over 2 years with more than 1400 completed batches. Alcohol Delivery is missing from my Batch Eligibility section. Can you please help enable the alcohol training option if available? I have Ontario smart serve certificate.

@InstacartHelp paid $100 for reliable and fast delivery & this is what I got! Ordered 1 LB each of potatoes, chili & eggplant, tomatoes — got ONE. SINGLE. PIECE. of each! Your shopper doesn't know the difference between "1 lb" & "1 piece." Then it arrived 16 HOURS late.Stupidity

@Instacart so glad you guys are getting sued on top of you over charging people your customers service is as horrible. Never a resolution always some ba $5 credit. But all good cause I know soon you'll go down.
