@doctorjclark I believe that was the main criticism, capnography is just not established in preterms the same way as in peds or adults

@pubneo Does capnog refer to a pedicap at time of intubation or end tidals? Haven’t seen this for prem infants due to small tidal volumes

#NICU does not perform that well when it comes down to difficult airway management.

@DrHillyHazel OK, probably *prepared* would be the better word in this context than *performed*

@pubneo I’ve not thoroughly read yet... BUT just because a NICU doesn’t have 1-6 doesn’t = not performing well. Need to work out how 7 was determined (by telephone?). Please remember more morbidity in <28 days
