@sighyam we would also do VERY WELL for vegan markets (keripik tempeh, gado gado, karedok, lontong, other tempeh/tofu products, etc) but all they do is promoting rendang just because one article written by white man ages ago said it's good ignoring what the market actually wants lol

@sighyam theyd rather promote rendang again and again despite the spices would be way too strong for global but old people being old people they wouldn't listen to that cuz ThEy KnOw ThE BesT like we have thousands variant of sotos and it's way more palatable for global markets

@sighyam I dont understand why emping melinjo didnt popular. This snack is good. Especially paired with soto soup. But be wary dont eat it too often. What ive heard it can lead yo rheumatic issue.
