Design Hack: Under-promise and over-deliver. That's it. Works every time.

@pudgereyem Open source is awesome and has made it possible to build things otherwise impossible. We’ve open sourced libs and will continue to. But we wont open source everything, as it can bring overhead to a small team, which is often not talked about.

Open source is good and bad. Good: People share and build on each other, it brings good karma. Bad: It brings noise, requests, questions, complaints, it can distract from the main focus.

We are at the finish line with our Swedish cabin. The project started in September 2019 and yesterday was the first time I saw it in real life. We built it remotely from NYC with some amazing Swedish local builders. Honesty, transparency, and trust made it possible.
