So let me get this straight. Dexter S7 has him fall in love with Hannah. But has to turn her in because she’s dangerous to Debra. S8 has him beg for Debra back in his life. It works. They fix things. But as soon as Hannah is back we’re moving to Argentina. And bye bye Debra. What were those writers smoking?

@CS11__ I’m on my first watch and have been staying a few episodes of you, it’s added an element to watching it that I’ve really enjoyed 😂

Dexter S8E5 “This Little Piggy” “I wanted to be with family.” This is an extremely solid episode. And following episode 4 it’s all starting to flow really well. If that lasts we’ll just have to wait and see. It’s some of the finest Dexter & Debra storytelling. They’ve put her through everything. From rock bottom to the most involved she’s ever been with Dex. Still feel like there’s more left unsaid, to be explored, twist and turns. But it’s just awesome to see these two working together to take down a Serial Killer. If you look at where things started, till now it really is such a satisfying journey even with some issues along the way. Masuka’s got a nice little subplot for himself. A daughter he never knew about. It fits him perfectly and it’s moving nicely, not much to discuss but it’s good that he has any type of story whatsoever. Same goes for Quinn training for Sargent. Whole episode carries a lot of tension and conflict. That’s the best part. Very much like how Jamie stood up to Dexter especially. Long overdue for a moment like that. I’ve enjoyed Dr. Vogel and i think this is my favourite showing of hers. Haven’t flipped around on S8 just yet. It’s still struggling, but i’m also now having an enjoyable experience watching which is all i can ask for.
