What am I supposed to do when Succession is over? How will I get my heart ripped from my chest every Sunday night? I need this sensation to survive. If you have recs for shows that rip hearts out, do let me know. I’m very bad at watching shows, so chances are I haven’t seen it.

@Ant_Hs @chrisciple It helps to change the scenery too. Try finding a nice park or trail to walk. Building up the workout habit is hard, but it’s so worth it. Once it’s part of your daily rituals you’ll only get healthier. It’s like you’re climbing that health ladder!

@chrisciple Yeah exactly its crazy how much it helps. Doing something while walking was a game changer. I started just hanging out with friend while I walked now I watch anime with them lol. I should try to add another episode but 40 mins seems good still

Left is 440 Right is 330. I actually hit the -100lb mark last month but it just didn't feel real cause I've been big for a long time and didn't think I would ever be able to do it. It still didn't feel that real till actually seeing this side by side
