I just took the floor now at the U.N. Human Rights Council. Russia, China, Iran, Syria & Cuba praised #Venezuela's Maduro regime. I called to expel Maduro from the council. Cuba started banging & tried to interrupt me. The Chair—Amb. @Tichy_e of Austria—wouldn't let them. 👏
