You survey first your botika/s in your locale. Ask them about the generics that are available, specifically the price. Sometimes i choose the 2nd or 3rd most expensive, or i also ask the samples to check on the manufacturer.

This is deeply concerning and deplorable. Complaints should really be lodged to the PRC for this to be investigated.
