Most SOL wallets , like @phantom , have embedded wallet simulations to show you what your about to sign. If they look like the below, do not rush, and DO NOT SIGN IT!!! One-click can unfortunately withdraw everything in your SOL Wallet...
If the wallet cannot simulate the transaction, then you really really must understand what you are signing as there are drainers out there that are constantly trying to figure out ways 'around' the simulation so you have no other choice but to sign blindly....

While @wallet_guard cannot simulate a transaction on SOL at this time, they can proactively detect if a SOL wallet drainer is being used on a website. So if you go to a website and its a malicious domain, wallet guard will display the below warning before even going to the website proactively!!
