I have done writing and portraits for luke1235’s submission to the 8th Touhou Pride Jam, a hack n’ slash game titled ‘Konpaku-Inaba: Picnic Vengeance’ check it out in the reply below!

@carefantasia Probably because Imperishable Night takes place at night (go figure) so the portraits have darker colouring to reflect that (applies to the other characters when compared to PCB for instance)

@GreatBlueTF2 The truth is TF2's code is a mess and nobody at Valve wants to touch it. The game badly needs to be ported to source 2, or they should just make TF3.

It's actually wild that Valve could permanently double TF2's player count by rebalancing a few weapons every seasonal update. It'd be such an easy way to give people something to talk about and keep the game fresh, and yet I doubt they'd ever do it for some reason

@HaniyasushinKev @mellow_gigginox Also all the fighting games before 15.5, though I feel those are in a similar category as 10 onwards of only needing a rerelease (though modern online multiplayer for at least 15.5 and Soku would be amazing, plus built in translations and bug fixes of course)

My guess is they'll probably only remake the games not on Steam (6 to 9). Everything from Touhou 10 onwards is accessible and perfectly playable, so I don't think those need remakes. I'd be pleasantly surprised if they did though.
