i haven’t eaten in 41 hours i have drank water & coffee with a pinch of salt (water) need to reset my body as i was in some bad eating habits through boredom I won’t lie, it’s quite easy - I have done a 72 hour fast before It does really help, you realise food is an addiction I’m 30 now, I need to start looking after my body
