Bitcoin: Short-Term Boring, Long-Term Glorious 🧠💰 $BTC chilling around $108,272, down 1.7% today. Market’s just catching its breath after sprinting to $126K ATH earlier this month. Short-term vibes: sideways chop. RSI says “meh.” Support $101K–105K, resistance $113K–114K. But zoom out, the real movie plays in 2025. Big brains already calling shots: 🏦 Standard Chartered: $200K 💼 VanEck: $180K 🧙 Arthur Hayes: $1M before 2028 🪙 ARK: $700K–750K by 2030 Fuel for the rocket: 💰 Over $61.5B in spot BTC ETF inflows 🏛️ Institutions now treating Bitcoin like a macro asset, not a meme stock Volatility still spicy (3.6x gold, 5.1x stocks), but slowly cooling off. Even the suits are learning how to risk-manage their FOMO. ⚠️ Short-term risk: US CPI on Oct 24. If inflation comes in hot, expect a 5–10% shake. Perfect dip for believers. TL;DR • BTC accumulating around $108K after correction • Long-term targets: $180K–200K by end of 2025 • Institutions stacking, volatility fading • CPI data = short chaos, long opportunity Stay patient. Accumulation is just foreplay before the next ATH. 😉 @EdgenTech

gBIO Today, I'd like to share some of my thoughts regarding $BIO staking, why? Staking $BIO is more than just earning rewards—it’s how you directly participate in the governance and growth of the @BioProtocol ecosystem. Benefits of Staking: - Gain Voting Power: Staking gives you veBIO, which grants you voting rights to influence key network decisions. - Earn BioXP: Staking generates daily BioXP, your key to participating in Launchpad/Ignition Sales and getting early access to new projects. - Reward Long-Term Commitment: The longer you lock up your tokens, the more veBIO and BioXP you receive, giving greater rewards to long-term contributors. I've decided to stake 10,000 $BIO for 2 years. What's your plan? Feel free to share your thoughts here.

Koalas: The Charming Tree Huggers of Australia Here's an intriguing fact about Koalas: they drink very little water because they obtain it from the eucalyptus leaves they consume. In fact, the name Koala itself means "no water" in Aboriginal. Identifiable by their pointed bodies, absence of a tail, large heads with round ears, and fluffy fur, Koalas measure around 60-85 cm in length and weigh between 4-15 kg. With their innocent and adorable facial expressions, Koalas, scientifically known as Phascolarctos cinereus, are marsupials native to Australia. They reside along the east coast and southern mainland, specifically in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. Koalas, with their cute gray fur, round bodies, and large ears, are considered one of the cutest animals globally. Despite having a tiny brain, constituting only about 2% of their body size, with a mere weight of approximately 19.2g (occupying about 60% of the skull), Koalas play a crucial ecological role. Their diet mainly consists of eucalyptus leaves, and by "trimming" the foliage, Koalas contribute to making forests more open and sun-exposed. Without Koalas, sunlight penetration into the forest would be limited, increasing the risk of wildfires due to dense foliage. Eucalyptus leaves, their primary food source, are nutritionally poor, requiring Koalas to consume around 2000 leaves daily to meet their nutritional needs. Despite this meager nutrition, the leaves are difficult to digest, causing Koalas to move slowly and sleep up to 18 hours a day to conserve energy. Digesting a meal can take them anywhere from 100 to 200 hours. In conclusion, these endearing creatures may have small brains and unique dietary habits, but their impact on the Australian ecosystem is disproportionately significant. The Koala's charm extends beyond its appearance, making it a symbol of Australia's wildlife and conservation efforts.

7 of the Best Eating Disorder Support Organizations These organizations play a vital role in facilitating access to treatment for individuals grappling with eating disorders. In the United States, eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder affect an estimated 28.8 million Americans, making them significant health concerns, according to the Eating Disorders Coalition (EDC). Sadly, eating disorders rank as the second deadliest mental health condition, emphasizing the critical importance of early intervention. However, only 1 in 10 individuals diagnosed with an eating disorder receives treatment, contributing to a treatment gap, as noted by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. Barriers such as limited access to appropriate care and insufficient insurance coverage hinder the process. Many individuals, especially women and girls, often do not receive the necessary level of care, leading to premature discharge from facilities. To address these challenges, several organizations provide invaluable support to those dealing with eating disorders and their families. Notable organizations include: National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD): ANAD offers diverse support, including support groups, educational resources, live events, and a helpline for assistance and referrals. Eating Disorder Hope: Founded by licensed therapist Jacquelyn Ekern, this online community provides extensive support and resources, including educational materials, a treatment finder, and inspiring blogs of personal recovery stories. Project HEAL: With a mission to overcome barriers to healing, Project HEAL assists with insurance navigation, offers cash assistance for treatment-related expenses, and provides free support groups. Eating Recovery Center (ERC): A network of treatment facilities across the U.S., ERC offers comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for children, teens, and adults with eating disorders, ensuring inclusivity for LGBTQ+ individuals. Fighting Eating Disorders in Underrepresented Populations (FEDUP): FEDUP focuses on raising awareness about eating disorders in trans and gender-diverse communities, offering educational resources, support groups, and directories of affirming therapists. National Alliance for Eating Disorders: Known as "The Alliance," this national nonprofit provides support, referrals, and education through a treatment center directory, support groups, and a toll-free helpline. Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association (MEDA): Operating in New England, MEDA educates the public, offers outpatient clinical services, and provides a recovery community with online therapy groups and resources. These organizations collectively strive to bridge the gap in eating disorder treatment and offer hope and assistance to those in need. Thanks!
