Quite literally one of the greatest wrestling shows I’ve ever watched. I can’t sing enough praises to this roster, everyone came to hoop and everyone left it all in the ring. AEW can have some interesting booking at times, and like any company criticism is warranted, but holy shit man. This was one of the biggest home runs I’ve ever seen them do. From the crowd, to the matches, to the stories, TO THE ENDING. What a fucking event. Bravo.

I know I say this after every AEW PPV but god it’s hard not to talk about the importance AEW has in the wrestling industry. To have an alternative company that provides you with the element and feeling of wrestling you may be missing in another company is what allows for this business to thrive. The PPV ran over 4 hours long and they gave us quality wrestling throughout the whole show and the crowd was alive the entire time adding to every single match in front of them. No overbearing sponsorships in your face or constant commercial breaks that take you outta the matches and a number of matches that give you your moneys worth.

In just that PPV, AEW established (and re established) two top fucking heels.

Multi women matches this weekend were a lot of fun

Man aew ppv days are so fun. I’m glad there’s at least one American promotion that can give us a full show of just straight up great wrestling

The story of Darby Allin putting his body through hell every week forcing his opponents to dig deep and destroy their own bodies just to beat him just for that to end up being the reason for his own demise was fantastic. One of the best title reigns ever. The best wrestler in the world.
