@puppetbarge Heeey! If projects are in person then yes projects must take place in Harrow & if it’s online then ideally for Harrow audiences. Maximum commission available per project is £1200 😁

@Harrowarts Couple of Qs: Do activities for #HACfromhome need take place in Harrow? Is £1200 the maximum a project can cost? i.e. does the commission fee stated have to cover all elements of the project? if not what is the max you can apply for?

@puppetbarge Hi there, free reserves are defined as unrestricted funds available for spending and are therefore calculated by taking the total unrestricted funds and deducting any balances not available for spending (such as assets, investments and designated funds).
