yes, you can strongly believe something is or isn’t true and that belief in and of itself doesn’t have to mean anything for your desires/experiences unless you say so. feeling something strongly doesn’t equal the truth.

@puppetgrl_ I had the same problem last year and I wish I knew what exactly helped me get rid of it :/ it was incredibly frustrating but eventually I started meeting people I actually liked and fell in love.

y’all don’t wanna hear it but a lot of nd talking points are actually correct. we don’t inherently have an identity. we’re not confined to anything we’ve ever experienced. a lot of the time the separation comes from you maintaining an old ego identity based off past recollections

@yearningwanting shift your focus!! deny the existence of whatever it is you don’t want. be stubborn on living in the end only, and understand how it’s already yours/already true for you and nothing can mess that up for you :)
