@pureology do this until you and your inept staff can get a brain and stop charging my card for a product I’ve canceled in 2024. I’ve also went onto Reddit and see that this is a common theme that you do by continuing to charge people after they cancel.

@pureology I use Pureology Hydrate shampoo on my thick dry hair. I find it excellent and really pleased, a little goes a long way but it SO difficult to open the lid, the design is very bad and needs to be changed. Breaks my nails every time.

@pureology why is your hydrate sheer shampoo different formulas when I buy it? It sometimes is purple and sometimes is white and lathers differently. I don’t want the purple.

I'm gonna be straight up with all my followers, while I'm still doing shows and Coffee chats because there's plenty of information to keep flowing to you, I want you to know that myself, my family, my very small circle of friends in the movement… We are in heavy prep mode, storing organizing,and strategizing the pooling of our resources etc. Right now I have no knowledge of any specific timelines, but we all feel that it's pretty close I hope you are all doing the same 🙏❤️🙌
