@elonmusk Why am I having to make educational videos, and songs. Fix your bad design, bro.

That time we drove all the way to Yellowstone just to find we were parked 6 spaces from another Cybertruck (which I almost tried to get into)
And then the owner (@AnalysisAn123) found us on 𝕏 the next day! 🤯

👋 @elonmusk
Elon, I shouldn’t have to go across multiple social media platforms just to get your attention.
This is a serious safety issue that affects every Tesla owner and every passenger who steps into these vehicles.
I posted a video on X showing just how hidden the emergency releases are — and how some Model S vehicles don’t even have rear emergency latches at all.
This isn’t about politics or drama.
It’s about people being able to escape a burning car before it’s too late.
Tesla needs to address this immediately. Lives depend on it.

Full Self Driving just saved me from absolutely MAULING this deer. Slammed on the brakes from 65mph.
Thank you @cybertruck @aelluswamy @yunta_tsai @Tesla_AI for life saving tech. The proof is in the pudding.

These people would still be here if Tesla would fix this major and easy fix. Add the 12v back up battery for emergency 🚨
🟦 Dr. Omar Awan – Davie, Florida (2019, Model S)
•Crashed, car caught fire.
•Lawsuit says door handles would not present, doors couldn’t be opened, and he burned to death trapped inside.
🟦 Jeffrey & Michelle Bauer – Verona, Wisconsin (2024, Model S)
•Couple crashed into a tree, fire followed.
•Their kids filed a lawsuit: power loss made the interior door buttons useless, and manual releases were non-intuitive (rear tab under carpet). They were “trapped inside” and burned to death.
🟦 Cybertruck crash – Piedmont, California (2024, 3 college students)
•High-speed crash into a tree, Cybertruck caught fire.
•Lawsuits for victims like Krysta Tsukahara and Jack Nelson say the electric doors failed after power loss and manual overrides were not reasonably usable, trapping them inside while one survivor escaped only when a bystander smashed the glass.
🟦 German crash – Schwerte, Germany (2025, father + 2 kids)
•Tesla left the road, hit a tree, caught fire.
•Father and two 9-year-olds burned to death trapped inside; a third child escaped. Reports mention difficulty opening doors and the car engulfed quickly.
🟦 Four trapped and burned – multiple reports (Model Y / others)
•Article: “Four dead after being trapped inside burning Tesla” – Model Y, electronic door releases blamed for trapping the occupants.
•Plaintiff-side safety lawyers and engineers have started to treat “door/handle failure + fire” as a repeating pattern, not a one-off.
🟦 North Miami Beach, FL – Driver trapped in burning Tesla (2025)
•Tesla crashed, caught fire; police say the driver was trapped inside and died.
🟦 Prior settlement – Kevin McCarthy (Model S)
•Cybertruck door lawsuit article notes Tesla already settled a case where Kevin McCarthy, a CEO, survived the crash but burned to death after being unable to escape a Model S.

Rich, here is just a few of the unfortunate people that passed because of Tesla’s gross negligence, hiding crucial emergency release latches, recall before more people die or get badly burned.

Socialism fails every time. Since Democrats pushed the country toward a more socialist-style healthcare system through the “Unaffordable” Care Act, costs have only risen. This year alone, premiums jumped 26%. It’s time to move away from socialist policies and pursue a new approach to healthcare.

Hey @elonmusk
If you own a Tesla, listen up:
Your car has hidden manual emergency releases.
If you let someone ride with you and don’t show them where they are…
…and you crash…
…and they get trapped and die because they couldn’t escape…
You could face a wrongful-death lawsuit for failing to warn them.
Show every passenger the emergency releases. It can save a life.
