@sarajcox I still refer to a washing machine as "washin smeen", which is how my daughter (now 26!) used to call it when she was a toddler. I even said it at a property viewing once!! Another one my daughter said was *cuppa few" mashing together 'a couple' and 'a few'.

@HIOW_ICS Please can someone get back to me regarding withheld pay. I used to work for the ICB and was not paid my full final salary in June. Due to a huge HR error I was not paid at all in July. Why are the ICB withholding and not paying my salary? Thank you.

@PayPalUK Please explain how it's reasonable for a seller to sell a collectors item as 'mint' condition, it transpires it is NOT as described, PayPal say I can return for a PARTIAL (???!) refund, then remove the field to enter return details. How do I return to get my money back?

@virginmedia To answer what was asked; Darren said when we moved house the equipment should've been returned, despite Virgin advising at the time that all equipment and leads should be taken with us to our new property for a scheduled installation on our new account.

@virginmedia The second text was from Darren, the Engineer. This does appear to be automated. It was the abrupt call after he arrived at our previous address to find we weren't there that was upsetting, hence why I have now blocked his number. I will not be spoken to like that.
